Crossing the Mississippi and getting stronger
We crossed the Mississippi River last night, riding from Missouri to Illinois. This morning, we rode across the Illinois border into Indiana and back to our Eastern time zone. The riding has become progressively better. If anything, I get a little stronger and more comfortable on the bike with each passing day.
Lance rode with us last night for about two hours. I think my kids were more excited about it than I was, but it was nice to have a chance to ride and chat with him.
