Patients taking Taxol may be eligible for refundAs the result of a recent antitrust settlement, a $12.5 million fund has been established to pay cancer patients who were treated with Taxol or paclitaxel between Jan. 1, 1999, and Feb. 28, 2003, according to the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General.
