Apricot-Orange Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 15-ounce can of chunky apricots in light syrup
  • 6 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

Directions:

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender
  2. Blend for about 5 to 8 seconds until smooth
  3. Pour into tall cups

Yield

Makes 2 servings
