Mixed Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries,
  • and blackberries)
  • 1 cup diced, peeled, pitted mango (about 1 large)
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup nonfat milk or soy milk
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender
  2. Puree until very smooth
  3. Pour into glasses

Yield

Makes 4 servings
