Strawberry-Mango Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries (whole, unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup chopped mango
- 1/2 cup milk
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Note: If you are watching your calorie or fat intake, use low-fat or skim milk. Choose whole milk products for higher calorie and fat intake.
